Steve Brunson, II, AFM

Steve grew up on a West Tennessee row crop and cattle farm. After graduating from Mississippi State University with a Master of Agriculture degree, B.S. in Agriculture Economics and Business Administration, he went to work for the National Cotton Council before beginning his career as a professional farm manager with Farmers National Company in 1987 and earning the designation of Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) from the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers. In 2001, Baird & Brunson Land Management Group, LLC was founded. The company was renamed in 2020 and Steve is the sole owner. Steve also has owned his own farm in Sunflower County, MS since 1996, which gives him the personal insight to help his clients in the management of their farms. In addition to providing professional farm management since 1987, Steve has extensive experience in land development and agricultural loans. He is a licensed real estate broker in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. In his personal time, Steve enjoys deep sea fishing, snow skiing and spending time with his two sons. He is a member of Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church in Collierville.

Daniel Spencer, AFM

Daniel was born in Memphis, TN and raised in Collierville, TN. After graduating in 2015 from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Daniel decided to further his education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Mississippi State University as well. He graduated in 2017 with his M.S. after completing research on the economics of conservation practices in the Mississippi Delta. After graduation, Daniel started with Land Management Group as an intern and was offered a full-time position in early 2018. Daniel received his Accredited Farm Manager status with ASFMRA in 2021 and now is the VP of Ag Land Management Group, LLC. He is a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, the outdoors, sports, and travel.

Michael Andrews

Michael was born in Lynchburg, VA and raised in Germantown, TN. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness degree from Mississippi State University in 2019, and during his time in Starkville, worked for the Mississippi State University Entomology Extension Service assisting with corn, cotton, and soybean plant trials. After spending two years working for the family business, he decided to return to Mississippi State University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Agribusiness Management. Michael finished his post-graduate studies in 2022 and started working with Land Management Group as an analyst in the summer of 2022. The following year, Michael started a new role as Farm Manager. Michael is a licensed real estate agent in Mississippi and Tennessee. In his personal time, he enjoys travel, spending time on his family farm in West Tennessee, and training his two Labrador Retrievers.

Clay Nelms

Clayton was born in Opelika, AL and raised in Grenada, MS. Clayton earned his Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Soils from Auburn University in 2018, and during his time in Auburn, worked for the USDA Soil Dynamics Laboratory assisting with cover crop nitrogen retention studies as well as multiple internships with Helena Chemical Company. After graduation, Clayton has spent the last 6 years in the private agricultural fertility sector as a sales representative covering multiple states across the eastern and southeastern United States. Clayton came to Ag Land Management Group in November of 2024 as an Analyst. In his personal time, he enjoys waterfowl hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Ardith Morgan

Born in Reno, Nevada, but raised in Houston and the New Orleans area, Ardith Morrison Morgan graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Mississippi and in 1990 received an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from Memphis State University. During her early professional years Ardith was a paralegal and office manager for the law firm of Rickey, Bourland, Heflin & Alvarez in Memphis, Tennessee. After a move to North Carolina she served as a customer service representative for Manpower, Inc. before switching to the career of full-time mother. After a nine year hiatus, Ardith eased back into employment as a sales associate for Talbots before joining Land Management Group, LLC in 2007. Ardith has called Collierville, Tennessee home since 2000 and enjoys reading, cooking, travel and her various volunteer positions. Ardith, her husband and two children are active parishioners at Faith Lutheran Church in Collierville.

Sarah Cottle

Sarah was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. She attended Mississippi State University for 3 years and finished with her degree in Elementary Education from Belhaven University. Sarah taught 2nd and 4th grade, as well as preschool, before taking time to stay home with her 3 children. She and her family moved to Collierville in 2014 with her husband's (Rex) job. Sarah was thrilled to try something new and join ALMG as Ardith's office assistant in September 2024.  In her spare time, Sarah likes to run/walk, cheer on her kids in sports and marathons and read while snuggling with her 2 puppies.
