Hollandale 236

This 236.15-acre rice and soybean farm in Washington County, Mississippi, presents an attractive acquisition opportunity. Formerly a catfish farm, the property was converted to cropland and precision-leveled in 2025. Two electric irrigation wells supply water to each field through a network of underground pipelines, supporting efficient irrigation and drainage.

The farm was designed with operational efficiency in mind. Each field slopes either north or south, allowing equipment to make long, efficient passes with minimal turning. This layout helps streamline field operations and reduce time in the field.

The property is located in a strong agricultural area approximately 8 miles east of Hollandale, 25 miles southeast of Greenville, and 70 miles northwest of Jackson. The farm is leased for the 2026 crop year to an excellent tenant who would like to continue under new ownership. This is a sought-after opportunity for investors seeking a highly efficient and productive farm with strong income potential.
